Very responsive. Although the flowers were not delivered as originally planned, feedback was fast. Only negative was that I received the notice that the delivery at the original time was completed but it was actually not. Recovery was fortunately fast enough.

Im very happy with the flowers delivered. And Im glad they informed me earlier about the unavailable product (chocolates). Would love to be informed before booking if the item is not available in certain areas. But everything is handled very well. Thank you once again!
