I am extremely satisfied with how the ordering and payment process is so efficient, fast, and hassle-free on the website. But the tracking on the website is not really accurate and the delivery time interval is quite long (9AM-1PM) and not really predictable, which is not good for surprises, especially since I was surprising my LDR husband. But overall, I would say that I will order here again since the packaging of the gifts are very beautiful and my husband really loved it! Thank you so much Flower Chimp!

price is reasonable and fair, if i ordered the same items in my country it would've cost me more; same day delivery is also very cheap which is a bonus; you can improve by adding more hampers or other gift bundles in your product offering

Please add more choices of things for delivery outside klang Valley.
