There are many florists out there. But I just couldn't be bothered because when it comes to customer service, Flower Chimp has never failed me. Messages were added when my request came late, delivery was handled properly with last min change. I couldn't ask for more. Bravo to the team! :)

It was a gift to my mom on her birthday. She doesn't like lavish gift, so I sent her, this bouquet. She was happy, loves the flowers.

I was satisfied with the gifts. I bought it for my mom. And she loved it. The design of the gifts were really nice. The only thing i expected was that the florist themselves to deliver the parcel as I was expecting if I they would take a pic of the gifts with my mother just as i requested but instead it was delivered by JnT if not mistaken. But overall i was very satisfied with their service
